Doors Worth Opening: Greenland Hills & the M Streets

Ten current listings that capture the charm, architecture, and remarkably central location of one of my favorite Dallas neighborhoods.

Greenland Hills has always been one of my favorite Dallas neighborhoods. Known to nearly everyone as the M Streets, it has the kind of charm that cannot easily be recreated: distinctive architecture, mature trees, sidewalks, and homes that feel connected to the streets around them.

Its location is just as compelling. Greenland Hills sits close to SMU, Lower Greenville, and Henderson Avenue, with Uptown, Downtown, and much of central Dallas only a short drive away. It is one of those neighborhoods where residential character and city access genuinely coexist.

These ten homes are currently on the market, and each caught my eye for a different reason. Some reflect the Tudor architecture most associated with the neighborhood. Others show the broader mix of styles found throughout Greenland Hills and the surrounding M Streets.

The front doors offer only a glimpse. If one makes you curious about what is behind it—or if Greenland Hills is a neighborhood you have been considering—I would be happy to arrange a private showing or create a more tailored search.
