Wine in Dallas rarely arrives in only one kind of room.
There are polished bars built around Champagne, neighborhood lounges where the regulars know one another, urban wineries producing bottles on site, and small shops where the person behind the counter can introduce you to something you would never have chosen on your own.
This list includes all of them.
Some are best for a date night or a reservation-worthy evening. Others are the places to stop for one glass, open a bottle on the patio, or take something interesting home for later. A few are designed for serious tasting. Several make wine feel wonderfully uncomplicated.
